Joško Perica renders legal support to foreign and domestic clients in the area of capital markets, banking and corporate finance.
Within his special expertise, Joško counsels clients on regulatory and competition law issues and regularly represents them in proceedings before the Competition Agency and courts.
Joško acts as advisor in M&A and restructuring projects, providing legal support in all stages of the transaction (structuring, due diligence, negotiations, financing and security instruments, drafting transaction documents).
