Ozren Kobsa has 15 years of experience in day-to-day legal counselling for leading national and international financial institutions and corporations, from Fortune 500 to local firms, resolving complex transactional and regulatory issues, and negotiating project arrangements. He advises lenders and borrowers on a wide range of multi-jurisdictional, cross-border and local financing transactions. Ozren also provides EU-level regulatory advice related to banking, finance, netting, derivatives, capital markets, and fintech. As a recognized expert, he recently participated in drafting the new Croatian Covered Bonds Act, as well as the Compulsory Liquidation of Credit Institutions Act, and is the author of Croatian ISDA netting and collateral legal opinions.
