Marko Paulinović has considerable experience in representing domestic and foreign clients, especially credit institutions. Marko participated in completion of complex, portfolio-related and individual NPL transactions, he advises clients in claim collection and represents them in complex litigation and arbitration proceedings. Marko also provides clients with legal support in the area of real estate, from acquisition and financing to lease and property management, with a special accent on works contracts including the implementation of FIDIC rules. In addition, Marko advises clients on issues relating to public procurement.
